The Power of Small Steps

Oct 10, 2024

KŪ THOUGHT

"Small steps lead to big changes."

KŪ REFLECTION

"ʻAʻohe hana nui ke alu ʻia" – No task is too big when done together.

There was a time when I was overwhelmed by the enormity of my goals. I wanted to make drastic changes but kept falling short. One day, I focused on taking one small step at a time. With each step, no matter how small, I inched closer to my goal. The lesson? Even the largest tasks are manageable when we take them step by step.

"Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together."

— Vincent Van Gogh

KŪ ACTION

This week, focus on taking one small, intentional step toward a goal you’ve been putting off.

CHECK YOUR MANA

Are you making progress toward your goals, even if it’s in small steps? Celebrate each victory, no matter how small. Remember, small steps lead to meaningful changes.

Aloha and a hui hou,

Embracing Mahalo
KŪ THOUGHT "Mahalo opens the door to abundance." KŪ REFLECTION "Mahalo i ka mea loaʻa" – Be grateful for what you have In moments of stress, I used to forget all the good things in my life. But I found that mahalo changes everything. By taking a moment each day to appreciate what I have, my perspective shifted, and I felt more fulfilled. Mahalo doesn’t just bring maluhia (peace); it invites ab...
Finding Purpose in the Process
KŪ THOUGHT "The journey matters as much as the destination." KŪ REFLECTION "I ka wā ma mua, ka wā ma hope" – The future is in the past. Sometimes we become so focused on our goals that we overlook the value of the journey. I used to rush toward the finish line, but I realized that some of the greatest lessons and joys come from the process. Embrace each step, as it shapes who you become. "Happ...
