I'm passionate about exploring what it means to stand taller and stronger within yourself and helping people live purposeful and fulfilling lives.  I believe when you take care of yourself, you are better equip to take care of your ʻohana and kaiāulu (community).

 

I'm a fan of 90s r&b and hip hop and love rainy weather, coffee and old school breakfast diners.
