Reversing Bad Health: Stop Doing the Same Damn Thing

With the amount of resources out there to improve the health and fitness of individuals and the millions of dollars being made by the health and fitness industry, you have to wonder why is obesity and cardiovascular diseases still a big problem.

I’ll tell you why?  Because the health and fitness industry along with large organizations only focus on short term programs rather than long term.  They put an end date on their products.  This makes people think of only doing the “work” for X amount of time before going back to their old habits and then wait until they jump onto the next product or program.  It’s a never ending vicious cycle of bullshit.

Yes, the above video is a rant.  But a rant that everyone needs to hear.
