Aloha KŪ, I’m Looking for a Quick Ab Workout. Can you help?

Every so often, our readers ask us for a little help with their workouts. We get it – the less you have to think about what you have to do with your workouts the easier it is to get after it. Especially when you have so much going on in your life and on your mind, adding more things to think about only makes you feel overwhelmed.

So we went to our Fitness Director of KŪ and Head Coach at KŪ Body Club, Daniel Aipa, and asked him for a quick and effective ab workout.

“In this workout, you do flexion, anti rotation, extension, and rotation for a complete core workout,” Aipa shares.

After seeing this ab workout, it looks like Coach Aipa covers it all. The full workout consists of 3-4 ROUNDS with three movements:

  1. Hanging X-Climber x 8-10/side
  2. Shoulder Taps x 8-10/side
  3. Sit Thru + Bridge Reach x 10
    **60 seconds rest between rounds

With many of the workouts we share on KŪ, we believe in having intention behind the movements you do. So instead of trying to rush through the workout, be intentionally and show self control.
