The Strength of Self-Belief

Nov 07, 2024

KŪ THOUGHT

"Believe in yourself, and you’ll go farther than you think."

KŪ REFLECTION

"Ma ka hana ka ʻike" – In doing, one learns.

There were times when self-doubt held me back, convincing me that my goals were out of reach. But I discovered that believing in myself was the first step to progress. You can be your worst enemy or greatest supporter.  Each time I chose confidence over doubt, I grew stronger. Self-belief allows us to explore possibilities we may have never thought possible.

"Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right."

— Henry Ford

KŪ ACTION

Remind yourself of your strengths daily. Start each day by affirming one thing you believe you can accomplish.

CHECK YOUR MANA

Are you allowing self-doubt to limit your potential? Trust in your abilities and see how far you can go.

So we want to ask you: Whose story should we sit with? As we begin building the KŪ Digital M...
A place for our stories to live
We grow up hearing stories so often that we assume they’ll always be there.  Stories around the dinner table.  Stories from our kūpuna. Stories about where we came from, how things used to be, what our families went through, and the small things that shaped who we are.  Until one day, we realize we never recorded them. Over the years, KŪ Project has changed in a lot of ways. But the thing under...
