That’s the most important question you should ask or at least think about in every interaction and relationship you have. How can X help me live?
It’s important to be mindful of your environment and surround yourself with strength. The great philosopher, Seneca, said:
“It is not that we have so little time but that we lose so much. … The life we receive is not short but we make it so; we are not ill provided but use what we have wastefully.”
Do the people you surround yourself with bring value and meaning to you life? Do YOU add value and meaning into the lives of others? Are YOU helping people live better?
That has been my goal since beginning TKP – to help you live stronger and better lives. With every article, thought, video, and even small line of products offered, the intention is to make strength contagious and guide you to better lives.
So how can The Kū Project help you live? It’s a question I recently came across that has made a huge impact on me, on what I do in my own life, and hopefully what The Kū Project can do for you.
TKP continues to grow and evolve but one thing stays constant, our philosophy and values of ‘Building a Kū body to Live a Kū Life’.
With The Kū Project, mine as well as the rest of the Kū ohana intentions are to help you live in these ways:
- be healthy and strong through fitness and nutrition
- be confident with a sense of humility and respect for others
- be successful and help others along the way
- be a symbol of strength for yourself, family, and community
- be responsible for your decisions and actions – good or bad
- be always open to learn and continuously grow
- be proud in who you are and bring out the strongest version of yourself
This is our dedication to you. This is how we want to help you live. The Kū Project is here to empower you, to be a community where you can come to when you need a little motivation, to teach you a few things about life, to challenge you, and most of all, help you be Kū.
If you are onboard with us, please leave a simple ‘Aloha’ or statement in the comment section below. You can even share the site with friends and family who you think could benefit from how we want to help you live.
