precision parkour keith

Keith Mylett is the head instructor and owner of Precision Parkour Hawaii.  On top of owning a business, he is a high school teacher at Kalani High School and a family man as well.

In this episode, we talk about the history and training of parkour, how parkour trains you to overcome obstacles and barrier in life as well, how a dog bite and staff infection led Keith to take the leap into starting a business, and the mastery of teaching.

Just to give you an idea of what Parkour is, check out this video of The FAM JAM event Keith organized out at Ala Moana beach.
