Working on the Glutes? Try this Glute Exercise

Glutes training along with pics of Glutes have been a craze for quite awhile.  While many of the Insta-famous glute models built their glutes to be their main ASSet, the glutes actually play an integral role in reducing lower back pain, improving pelvic position and enhancing athletic performance.

Hip Thrusts made popular by Coach Bret Contreras are the King/Queen of building up a strong set of glutes not only for performance but also for aesthetics, which I see nothing wrong with that.

GO-TO GLUTE EXERCISE

Try this leg combo that not only targets the glutes but also increases exercise economy which helps with increasing energy expenditure of the workout.  This means you’ll not only build strong glutes but also burn more calories which is important from an aesthetics standpoint

The Staggered Dumbbell RDL to Reverse Lunge is a perfect combo that combines two exercise which will keep constant tension on the glutes.

Try for 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps per side.

Want to take it to the next level? Superset this exercises with Lateral Banded Walks for 10 steps each way.
