Running and the Exorcism?: Training Week Highlight

Some may be wondering what goes on at Kū Performance, what are the training sessions like, and what goes one behind the scenes of Hawaii’s resource for fitness and health.

Our training continues to evolve and we constantly learn from our experiences.  We definitely promote a learning environment which helps us stay curious and hungry for more.  It adds to our purpose and makes our intention behind our training that much stronger.

But aside from all that, we also have a good time training and not afraid to go hard.
