KU KETTEBELL FLOW: Push + Swing + Row

You can get creative with kettlebells.

The Push+Swing+Row Kettlebell Flow is a good finisher.  Kettlebell flows consist of interweaving exercises within one set or a duration of time.

In this case, perform this Kettlebell Flow as a ladder by performing 10 reps of each exercise (that’s 10 reps total for the row), then 8 reps, 6, 4, and finally 2.  Try to perform the full ladder without stopping but at the same time make sure you don’t suffer your technique or quality of rep for time.

It’s not worth it nor is it the purpose.  If you need to stand up and catch your breath, do so but don’t take a vacation.  Get back to work.
