Hoʻomaka means to begin anew. We’ve all missed opportunities, made mistakes, placed limitations on ourselves, and let time slip by.
The HOʻOMAKA is more than just workouts – it’s building up your body to be stronger and to live a stronger life. To be Kū. It’s about getting into the right mindset of realizing who you are, what you stand for, and why you exist. For 45-60 minutes per day, your mission is to Hoʻomaka. With every rep and set, think of what you want to achieve and understand that you are training your body in order to achieve those goals.
These workouts are for those who are ready to get back into shape, not feeling like themselves lately, and want to break through the barriers. We’ve all been there. Let’s Hoʻomaka together.
