KU BREATHING: Inspired by Wim “The Iceman” Hof

The Kū Breathing that is inspired by Wim “The Iceman” Hof.  Hof believes that breathing exercises like his  “can strengthen the body, improve the immune system and circulation, prevent disease, and help with focus, confidence, and mindfulness.”

Sounds all Kū to me.

I’ve been incorporating the Kū Breathing myself and sharing it with people who train and practice with me.
