When you can gain control of your nutrition, you can gain control of your life. Many of us find ourselves wanting to eat healthier but let’s be honest, it takes a lot of time in shopping, preparing, and cleaning. A lot.
So when I came across a local business in Kailua, my hometown, who makes eating healthier convenient and tastes amazing I had to hear the story.
The owner and founder of Good Clean Food Hawaii (GCF Hawaii), Janelle Bremer, is helping Hawaii become healthier and stronger by bringing healthy meals straight to you.
Janelle taught me that when you feel passionate about doing something, go for it and do it. You will get criticism and you won’t be able to make everyone happy, but that’s okay. You still have people behind who believe in you and that’s what matters most.
It was awesome sitting down with Janelle and learning about the story behind her success and her approach to living out her passion. This definitely makes GCF Hawaii:
Strength Quote:
What is right is not always popular,
and what is popular is not always right.
– Mrs. Bremer (Janelle’s Mom)
