The TRX is a great tool to use and also very beneficial for those of you who may be training out of your own home.
In this movement pattern, you are pulling, pushing, and rotating. It can be done explosively or in a controlled manner that is nice and slow. To do this exercise, you pull toward your chest. If you rotate to the left you then continue to pull across your body to your hips with your left arm while pushing across your body with your right arm. Pause at the hip and then reverse the movement.
Practice this until it becomes a fluid motion.
