Today’s Question: How much protein should I be eating?
During our training sessions at The Kū Project, we have discussions either before or after the session and sometimes take a moment during our practice to discuss a particular matter.
Many of the students at The Kū Project understand that I am very much more interested in long-term results not short-lived. This is why we work on developing proper habits. For us, many times the steps for improving performance goes like this:
- Make exercise a habit. Again, I look at workout as a training session or practice. There isn’t much intention or value behind the word ‘workout’.
- Begin to make small changes in diet. The small changes can create a ripple effect.
- Create the connection of exercise, diet, and performance. Now that you enjoy training and you start making small changes to your diet, you begin to see how your performance levels increase.
- Start the process of a continuous learning. By now, many of the students of The Kū Project develop a level of curiosity, wanting to learn more and see how they can improve their overall performance in training and life.
