5 Kettlebell Exercises for MMA and BJJ

With the popularity of MMA and BJJ, many are looking for training programs and exercises to improve their performance.  People who consistently train and practice any martial arts are athletes.  As athletes, training or lifting weights gives the opportunity to become better at performing their sport.  Not vice versa.  Athletes do not play their sport in order to get better at lifting weights.

It doesn’t work that way.

With that being said, here are 5 exercises that can help improve your performance.  Kettlebells are great training tools and are known for improving overall conditioning, grip strength, explosive power, and total body strength.

The amount of exercises and variations that kettlebells has to offer are endless but these five kettlebell exercises are a good start.
