4 Landmine Exercise Variations That Burn Fat

Many of you find yourself at a crowded gym and don’t know where to start.  The landmine is one of my favorite set-ups for a quick and efficient workout.  Most gyms have a landmine attachment which looks like a home base plate with a tube sleeve where you can insert an end of a barbell into.

Or…

You can wedge a barbell into a corner but I don’t know how other gyms feel about people doing that.

You can get a total body workout without having to move anywhere by using a landmine and these 4 Landmine Variations will not only help build strength but also assist in burning fat.

How will it burn fat? Exercise economy.

The more muscles you use during a movement the energy you expend.  The more energy you expend during a movement the more calories you burn.  The more calories you burn during a workout the more opportunity you have to burn fat if you nutrition is in check.
