It’s been awhile since we’ve done a Single Tasking Friday and we are coming back with a topic that needs to have more dialogue.

In this episode, we focus on the how you can ‘Embrace Your Aggression’.  Aggression has a negative connotation but it can be use positively if you know how to control it.  Listen as Aipa shares a few thoughts how the importance of embracing the aggression and directing that energy into something more positive than harmful.
