It’s Aloha Friday, which means it’s time for some Single Tasking. I’m getting great feedback on these shows, so I’ll keep them coming.
A few things you can do with Single Tasking Friday shows:
- Talk about them during Pau Hana time with your family and friends
- Share it with you group of peeps so they can join in the conversation
- Use the weekend to start taking action on building a Kū body and living a Kū life.
Today’s show we talk about something that many of us tell ourselves and others, that we are “too busy” when the real question should be, “How am I using my time?”
Speaking from experience, you probably make yourself busier than you really should be which takes away the main focus of life which is living it.
