The Yoke Rack from Rogue Fitness is one of the best equipment purchases I made for my home gym which later became one of the most used equipment at my now private training facility in Kailua, Hawaii, Ku Performance Hawaii.
While most use the Yoke Rack for different loaded carry variations, I like to also use the Yoke Rack for other purposes like sled push variations and this exercise I call the Push + Pull Battle.
When doing this exercise, you want to maintain constant contact with the bar in order to make the movement more consistent.
