TIP: KNEE FRIENDLY REVERSE LUNGE

Let’s break down the Reverse Lunge.

When performing the reverse lunge, make sure not to step back too far back where it causes discomfort in your hip flexor.

Reverse Lunges are known to be a knee friendly exercise because it allows you to sit back into your hips.  On the other hand, forward lunges has the tend to make people to place more stress on their knees by the forward movement.
