Think of All The Variables

There’s more to building a Ku body than just working out.

Sometimes you lose sight of the bigger picture.  You focus so much on one area but don’t realize there is a lot more going on that plays an essential role.  For instance, working out (actually we like to use the word training session or practice).  Those who only train three days out of the week are looking at only 3 hours of training which then leaves 165 hours that can affect your performance.

This is where the variables come in.  Variables such as work, social life, family, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and on and on.  You are basically working on stress management.  Everything causes stress on your body and those who know how to manage stress are the ones who improve their overall performance.

It comes down to understanding the variables in your life that cause stress.
