The Ultimate Mobility Move

The best movements are the ones that you can flow seamlessly into one another.

This Ultimate Mobility Move does just that.

You can do this drill when you feel like you’ve been sitting for way too long at the office and you want to loosen and wake up the body, OR you can also do this as part of your warm up for a workout.

The combination of the Ultimate Mobility Move works on your whole body from stretching the hamstrings and activating the glutes to thoracic mobility.

For those of you who find yourself behind a desk for a long period of time, it’s vital that you get up and move around.  You don’t need much space to do this drill but perform 3 reps of the sequence and you will be ready to get back to work.
