The Kū Body Workout: Kettlebell Complex for Jiu Jitsu Athletes

Our Founder and The Kū Project Fitness Director, Daniel Aipa, has always enjoyed creating workouts and programs for athletes.  So we asked him to create a workout specifically for MMA and jiu jitsu athletes and this is what he developed.
