Before you start any exercise program, diet plan, or lifestyle change, it really comes down to taking control of your life.
There are times when I feel life is pushing me in all different directions which causes my fitness to go down, nutrition to falter, and stress levels increase. Thatʻs when you have to stand Kū, anchor yourself, and take back control of your life.
It happens. Itʻs okay. But it is essential to be aware of it happening and then make proper adjustments to take control of yourself.
