SINGLE KETTLEBELL WORKOUT: 3 EXERCISES FOR TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

“Coach, I only have one kettlebell at home. What can I do for a workout?” I always enjoy getting questions similar to this because it allows me to be creative to help others build a Ku body and excited that they are being proactive in wanting to learn and grow

Here is a quick workout you can do using a single kettlebell:

4-6 Rounds of 30 seconds ON/30 Seconds OFF

Rest for 45-60 seconds between rounds

This comes out to a 15-25 minute workout
