Who doesn’t love Aloha Fridays?
Team Kū loves Aloha Friday and enjoying some pau hana time with family and friends. I thought it would be a cool thing to start something up called Single-Tasking Aloha Fridays. You can expect a short show, probably 5-10 minutes, that focuses on one thing to take with you into the weekend to help you build a Kū body and live a Kū life.
For the first Single-Tasking Aloha Friday, we decided to start it off the focusing on Serving Others.
I share a quick story about the story of Haloa, and simple ways for you to go out and serve others. Part of The Kū Project’s goal is to help build a stronger Hawaii and it starts with you. Actually, it starts with each and every one of us and that’s what Team Kū strives to do. If you are reading this, that means you want that too.
Wondering where the inspiration for this idea of single-tasking came from?
