ROMANIAN DEADLIFT: JOINT ANGLE AND BAR PLACEMENT

The Romanian Deadlift is a basic strength training exercise that works the posterior chain.  When performing this movement, your knee joint angle and the bar placement will dictate what part of the posterior is being emphasized.

Remember, the muscle that is lengthened is the muscle that will be activated and worked the most.  Keep that in mind while you watch the video below.
