041: Make Strength Contagious

I believe strength in contagious.

Some of us may feel like we don’t matter very much or what we do in life isn’t very important.  I was never the confident type that wanted to put myself out there and share my thoughts and stories.

Gandhi said, “As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world, as in being able to remake ourselves.”

But I knew I wanted to help others and make a difference.  This is when I realized that I had to strengthen myself and approach obstacles and overcome my fears.  Doing so, I was able to break down barriers and limitations I placed on myself.

In this Single Tasking Friday Episode 41, I want to empower you to take responsibility and be that symbol of strength and inspires and empower, to ultimately be Ku.  This weekend I’m inviting you to make strength contagious by focusing on yourself.

A strong man cannot help a weaker unless the weaker is willing to be helped, and even then the weak man must become strong of himself; he must, by his own efforts, develop the strength which he admires in another. None but himself can alter his condition.”

In order to make strength contagious, we ourselves must make the choice to be that symbol of strength.
