Ho’omaka – To New Beginnings

kalo

In 2010, I started The Aipa Project blog.  It started as a personal journal sharing my journey towards my first bodybuilding competition in Columbus, OH for the Natural Bodybuilding Buckeye Classic.  It evolved into a fitness related blog, then to a self-development blog, which then formed into the philosophy of ʻBuild a Kū Body. Live a Kū Life.ʻ

I wanted to share my personal journey of bringing strength, meaning, and value into my life.  With The Aipa Project and continuous support and aloha, I published my book, Aloha to You (second book on the way), was invited to speak at several events, and started Kū Performance Hawaii. Also, I was interviewed by MANA Magazine and created the clothing line BE KŪ™ HAWAII.

But then something happened.

The Aipa Project site went missing.  Long story short, it fell into the abyss of technology’s black hole. So with every door closed another one opens right.

New Beginnings

The Aipa Project is still here, because I’m still here.  It’s just been rebranded to The Kū Project (logo still to come) with a few new additions – one being the podcast.

So why the change?

  • It’s time to take things to the next level with all of the rest of the project
  • All 5 years of content on The Aipa Project website vanished into thin air

and…

  • Team Kū has big plans to take over Hawaii and world domination.

Maybe not so much of third one but we can dream. With The Aipa Project, I focused on sharing my own story of building strength in life and giving a few thoughts and ideas here and there.

Now, we are planning on sharing the philosophy of Build a Kū Body. Live a Kū Life. with the rest of Hawaii and the world.  We want to learn how others out there live the Kū lifestyle, and how you can become the strongest version of yourself.

We want to create a movement that empowers, inspires, and strengthens the people of Hawaii and show the rest of the world how awesome, solid, and beautiful our culture truly is. We hope we can teach the world our culture and we will continue to learn from them as well.

To the new beginnings of The Aipa Project.

This is..

The Kū Project – Based in Hawaii for Hawaii.

Aloha and Keep it Kū,
