First Lesson of Building a Kū Body

We all had moments that made an impact on our life.  When it comes to building a Kū body, the first person I think about is my Uncle Stanley who used to live next door to us.

You need to take time and look back on these sort of moments that are engrained in our minds but yet seem to forget about.  These moments act as triggers to inspire you and to invigorate your mana.

I asked for others to share their story and I want to share two of them with you.  Here is from my brother in Spirit, Mr. Steve Shaw, Editorial Director at Tiger Fitness, CEO Muscle and Brawn who played an integral part for me competing in my first bodybuilding competition which launched me into another level.

Another story is from a Kū Athlete, Kalani:

My brother was skinny as a kid and when he got older he started lifting weights. Seeing him come home and getting big was cool, but when I went to the gym with him and saw him putting on multiple big plates on the bench press and other machines… That’s when I was hooked and wanted to be like him! That was my 1st encounter of building a Kū body

It are simple moments like these that may have seemed small at the time, but actually played a huge role in the who you’ve become.

Please share your first lesson of Building a Kū body.  Mahalo.
