Socrates said:

 No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

The Kū Project built its foundation from emphasizing the body and physical fitness.  Through physical fitness you can achieve great things.

Exercise is not something that you have to do, or a thing that you should do.  You have to make exercise and fitness as something that you just do.  It part of who you are.

Everyone and their grandmas and grandpas should be physically training. Being part of Team Kū means that you understand the importance of building a Kū body in order to live Kū.  Your body is your vehicle and gives you the capacity to full express yourself.

No be shame.
