11 Tips to Help You Sleep Better

You probably have an alarm set to wake you up every morning during the week.  Maybe there are times when you wake up and feel sluggish or just hit the snooze a bit too much that you find yourself rushing out the door for work.

While I can’t guarantee anything, I want to share a resource I cam across that’ll help you plan out your sleep time better.  Maybe you can also set an alarm to make sure you get your ass to sleep but you can also easily press a snooze on that one too.

Anyways…

BEDTIME CALCULATOR

There is an online resource called SLEEPY TIME

It’s straight forward.  The site calculates your sleep time to make sure that you don’t wake up during a sleep cycle which is one reason why you wake up feeling sluggish and pissed off at the world.

A full sleep cycle is 90 minutes (65 minutes of normal, or non-REM (rapid eye movement), sleep; 20 minutes of REM sleep (in which we dream); and a final 5 minutes of non-REM sleep).

All you have you to do is set the time in which you want to wake up, and it will calculate all the different options for you to get a good rest.

Visit the site and save it as a bookmark: sleepyti.me

They also have an app you can download for $0.99 on iTunes

Don’t forget to download the SLEEP CHECKLIST created to help you make sure you get quality sleep.
