Audit Your Own Health – Gain Control of Your Life

You need to take a moment to sit down or take a walk and really think.

Really think about where your health is now.  Your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relationship health.  Your overall life health.

Audit yourself.

Start there.  Don’t let other people tell you what to think or how to act.  You’ll never get anywhere with that. It starts with being aware of who you are, where you are, and then who you want to be and where you want go.

Yes, you can look for inspiration from outside sources if you want but it’s not going to take away the fact that you still have to deal with yourself.

Even today, I still have battles with my inner demons and self-doubt.  I know my relationships health isn’t as strong as I want them to be because I find myself immersed into my craft and project. Majority of my energy for relationships go into my wife and son, and even there I know I can do better. But at least I’m aware of it.

For my physical health and fitness, I’m good because it comes easy for me.  Can it be better?  Of course it can.

My spiritual health? It’s a work in progress but when I need to call upon it, it’s there.

But you see, you have to audit yourself and become more self-aware of what you are actually dealing with.  If you don’t know where you are now, how will you know where you want to go.
