For less than it costs to work with a personal trainer at your local gym or with me in person, you can become an online student.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN ONLINE STUDENT?
It means that I teach you what it takes to achieve your goals and on your way towards building a Kū body and living a Kū life. It means that after an extensive assessment that will help you and I see exactly what you needs and goals are, we will work together and set upon a journey towards awesomeness. I’ll be more like your Yoda or Mr. Miagi.
MY PHILOSOPHY IS SIMPLE.
I approach each student as an unique individual. There are a lot more things that factor into why people don’t see the results they want. Most of the times it comes down to you focusing too much on one thing and not another.
This makes the journey confusing and at points even frustrating.
WE CAN CHANGE THAT.
Together we can form an ultimate being and overcome any obstacle. So enough wandering around in the gym wondering what exercise to do or sitting on the couch thinking, “I should start working out.” I’ll guide you along your journey, from answering your calling and helping you through the challenges, to celebrating with you when you have conquered the mountain.
Along the way, I’ll teach you the methods you need to keep it and continue to get better.
THIS IS NO COOKIE CUTTER COACHING PROGRAM
Each Workout is YOUR Workout. We work together to understand where you train, your exercise experience, the amount of time you can devote, and what you need to do when you set your feet into the gym. Don’t have a gym membership but have some equipment laying around the house? That’s cool. Let me know what you got and we can still come up with a solid program that is customized and personalized for YOU.
The Diet is YOUR Diet. You have a big function you need to attend and are freaking out because you don’t know what to do. You cannot not eat. That’s okay. We will adjust your diet and training program to accommodate for it. You can’t out work a crappy diet, and you know you have to eat healthy and physique friendly foods. Instead of giving you a sample diet plan, I’ll educate you how to make food choices, how to prepare your food, and how to deal with emergency situations like the work function.
Live a Kū Life. Gone are the days when you are told to be in the gym 7 days a week as a prisoner to the cardio area. I want you to enjoy life and not shy away from social events, parties, or dates. There is no sense of being in the best shape of your life and becoming a hermit that locks themselves in their room. I will teach you and give you guidelines on how you can stay in shape while still having fun. Eac
During each Coaching Program, you’ll receive a training program based on our assessment. Your meal plans will change depending on the progress you’ve made. Access to our Private Facebook Group will help you with surrounding yourself with support and accountability. And with constant email support, I’ll be able to make proper adjustments to push you along your journey towards a Kū body and Kū life.
