Kela Marciel Building Strong Relationships and Living Strong

kela marciel

“Living strong, to me, means to also live strong in the weight room, strong in life, having strong values in family, education, job, profession, health, and mind…”

I sat down with Kela Marciel, Head Performance Coach at Pacific Elite Sports, to learn more about how he goes about living a strong life, a Kū life.  As coaches, we both understand the importance of building strong relationships and he shares his thoughts on how important it is in order to achieve results and be successful.

Kela plays a key role in the growth of The Kū Project and is the reason we are able to train Team Kū out of such a nice facility at Pacific Elite Sports.
