027: LiAnn Uyeda and the Healing Art of Lomilomi and Ho’opono

be mindful

Strength comes in all different ways.

There are some of us who put more emphasis in one area than the other and find ourselves feeling unfulfilled as if a piece is missing.

LiAnn Uyeda is a practitioner and teacher of the Hawaiian healing arts of lomilomi and ho’oponopono.  She takes time to sit down with us to share her mana’o (thoughts) about finding strength in ourselves in order to empower and inspire others to do the same.

She shares how important it is to be mindful of the language we use and the ability to become vulnerable.
