We like to keep things simple, effective, and efficient by leaving out the fluff.
This Kettlebell Complex will make your body stronger and improve your conditioning. The Gorilla Rows have been a frequent exercise during our training at Ku Performance. We learned that it is important for you to sit back in your hips and make sure you feel tension in your hamstrings. Also, keep the kettlebells within the base of your feet. The further away the kettlebells travel away from your feet base, the more torque will be placed upon your lower back leaving.
After performing anywhere between 6-8 rows per arm, stand up with both Kettlebells in hands and farmer walk 20-30 yards before performing another 6-8 rows per arm.
This is very applicable for those of you who are into grappling, mma, and jiu jitsu. But overall, everyone who has tried this exercise and complex at Ku Performance have all shared their liking to this new exercise, the gorilla row.
Do this complex for 4-5 sets with 60-90 second rest in between sets.
